1、 Product Overview
Meteorological environment data is an important indicator that determines solar power generation and plays a decisive role in the quality of solar power generation; At the same time, it also provides effective data assurance for the design of solar power plants. The FT-BGF11 intelligent cloud connected digital high-precision solar power environment monitoring system is a standard meteorological environment monitoring station designed and produced in accordance with the International Meteorological Organization's meteorological observation standards and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) specifications. At the same time, it also meets the requirements of GB/T 19964 "Technical Regulations for Photovoltaic Power Generation Access to Power Systems" and Q/GDW11000 "Information Exchange Specification for Grid connected Dispatch and Operation of Photovoltaic Power Stations". The meteorological data that can be monitored by this system includes: environmental temperature, environmental humidity, wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, tilted total solar radiation, horizontal total solar radiation, horizontal direct solar radiation, horizontal scattered solar radiation, albedo radiation, back panel temperature, peak sunshine hours, and other meteorological data. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high detection accuracy, and unmanned operation, which can meet the business requirements of professional meteorological observation.

1. Real time data monitoring: up to 55 types of meteorological data can be collected and analyzed, including grid connected operation report data, environmental temperature, environmental humidity, wind speed, wind direction, atmospheric pressure, tilted total solar radiation, horizontal total solar radiation, horizontal direct solar radiation, horizontal scattered solar radiation, back panel temperature, peak sunshine hours and GPS time, solar altitude angle, solar azimuth angle, sunrise time, sunset time and other monitoring data.
2. Technology based data acquisition instrument: The photovoltaic environmental data acquisition instrument adopts a new generation 32-bit MCU processor, with onboard integration of high-precision GPS, GPRS, Bluetooth digital chips, which can accurately correct the acquisition time and perform high-precision positioning.
3. Wireless data storage: Wireless storage data technology. The stored data in the photovoltaic data acquisition device can be wirelessly sent to mobile phones and PDAs for storage and analysis.
4. Smart data operation and maintenance: Using cloud data analysis technology, operation level data monitoring and data warning analysis are carried out through GPRS and Bluetooth. Convenient for on-site personnel to conduct equipment maintenance and fault analysis without leaving their homes.
5. Self calibration sensitivity: The accuracy of radiation data has a guiding and analytical role in the power generation of photovoltaic power plants. The accuracy of solar radiation sensors needs to be calibrated and corrected for at least two years according to the requirements of the National Meteorological and Metrology Station's "JJG 458-1996 Total Radiation Meter". The FT-BGF11 solar power generation environment monitoring instrument can achieve automatic calibration and correction of on-site radiation data, ensuring the accuracy of radiation data observation.
6. Type tracker: We are equipped with an adaptive fully automatic solar tracker for both direct radiation sensors and scattered radiation sensors. This tracker can be used normally within the range of south latitude less than 60 ° and north latitude less than 60 °, with a temperature range of -40 to 60 ℃
7. Green power management: This data acquisition device can adopt two power supply modes: AC220V and DC12V. And a new generation of green power management module has been integrated internally to achieve intelligent switching between AC and DC power supply.
8. Integrated observation bracket: The redesigned integrated observation bracket allows on-site personnel to quickly, conveniently, and simply install and debug equipment by one person.
