working principle

SZGDouble cone rotary vacuum dryer manufacturerFor a double conical rotating tank, steam and hot water are introduced into the jacket for heating under vacuum inside the tank, and the heat contacts the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated from wet materials after absorbing heat is pumped out through a vacuum exhaust pipe by a vacuum pump. Due to the vacuum state inside the tank and the continuous up and down, internal and external flipping of the material caused by the rotation of the tank, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, the drying efficiency is improved, and the goal of uniform drying is achieved.
