Based on the analysis of policies and regulations released in recent years, the relevant regulatory documents for the storage of hazardous chemicals will gradually be updated and improved in the future. 1. All cabinets are made of cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of ≥ 1.0mm and reinforced bases. The inner and outer surfaces are coated with acid washed phosphating epoxy resin powder and cured by baking heat treatment.

2. The inner lining panels (upper, lower, left, and right) of the cabinet are all made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene resin) board; On the right side of the cabinet, there is an adjustable air inlet and a one-time molded PP adjustable air valve; The bottom layer of the cabinet is equipped with a yellow sand landfill chamber (leakage tank) that can store flammable materials such as sodium metal and yellow phosphorus (white phosphorus) with a thickness of not less than 120mm. 10. Ventilation control device:

5、 Product usage and maintenance

1. Before use, level and secure the flammable and toxic storage cabinet. There are four casters at the bottom of the cabinet that can be moved to a fixed position.

2. Please connect the ventilation opening of the storage cabinet to the ventilation duct.

3. Install a 220V power socket at a height of 2 meters on the wall after placing the storage cabinet.

4. Users need to lay yellow sand at a height of about 120mm on the bottom of the cabinet to bury flammable and explosive reagents.

5. When the password lock leaves the factory, the initial value of the personal password is "1234" and the initial value of the management password is "123456". Regularly replace the battery of the electronic password lock. If it fails, please open it according to the password lock manual.

6. Mainly concentrated in the laboratory for daily use, with dedicated storage equipment selected;

7. The equipment should not be placed near direct sunlight, water sources, heat sources, or high-voltage equipment;

8. Prohibited from being placed in densely populated and highly mobile areas;

9. It is advisable to be close to ventilation facilities, with a flat ground and placed against walls;

10. The important principle of classification management must be followed, and corresponding storage equipment must be selected according to the chemical properties of the reagents;

11. Dangerous chemicals with conflicting chemical properties or fire prevention and extinguishing methods must be stored separately and independently;

12. Special storage devices are generally only suitable for storing chemicals with a single attribute in the same cabinet. If mixed storage is required, please ensure that there is no chemical reaction between the stored chemicals;

13. Dangerous chemicals inside the cabinet cannot be stored for a long time and are only suitable for temporary storage. According to the required amount of reagents for relevant tests, they should be taken and used immediately.

6、 Storage and Access Instructions for Hazardous Chemicals

1. The chemicals inside the storage cabinet cannot be stored for a long time.

2. The storage cabinet should be dedicated to the counter and should not store non hazardous chemicals.

3. The storage container should be intact. If there is any damage, immediate measures should be taken, such as transferring the container or using it up in a timely manner.

4. Volatile corrosive gases should be tightly sealed with bottle stoppers and placed on the upper layer of the cabinet for easy discharge.

5. Store and store in layers, compartments, and cabinets according to the chemical properties of oxidants, reducing agents, strong acids, and strong bases.

6. Flammable materials such as sodium metal and yellow phosphorus (white phosphorus) should be stored in a landfill chamber with a minimum thickness of 120mm of yellow sand at the bottom layer inside the cabinet.

7. Dangerous chemicals with conflicting chemical properties or fire prevention and extinguishing methods should be stored separately and independently.

8. When storing controlled drug reagents in the storage cabinet, relevant regulations can be implemented: double person custody, double person receiving and sending, double person use, double person double lock. If the actual access situation is recorded and registered with real name.

9. For hazardous chemicals that have been stored for too long, become ineffective or deteriorated, and must be scrapped, as well as the waste liquid in the bottom liquid tray of the cabinet, a dedicated person should be responsible for timely cleaning and designated destruction according to the disposal of hazardous chemicals. They cannot be directly poured into the sewer or ordinary garbage cans.
