1、 Working principle

Feed the mixed or refined medicinal materials into the silo, feed them into the blades for internal rotation, and use twin-screw extrusion to quickly produce pellets through a 4-hole discharge port. The discharge port comes into contact with the pill rolling port, and once the medicine is dispensed, it is directly processed into pills. After rapid grinding with double rolling wheels, evenly sized pills are made.

2、 Check before startup

1. Check if the wiring is correct.

2. Check whether the oil level of each part of the whole machine meets the lubrication standard.

3. Check whether the electronic control system is normal and error free.

4. Check if the feeding system is installed correctly.

5. Check if the pill making knife of the pill making system is aligned and tightened.

6. Is the grounding wire secure.

3、 Start up and run

1. First, connect the power supply and turn on the entire machine. Press the strip button, the strip motor starts and the thruster runs. Press the pill making operation button to start the pill making motor, then press the pill making speed control button to adjust the running speed.

2. After the normal operation of material pushing, pill making, and pill cutting, evenly add the medicine into the material box, and under the rotation and extrusion of the thruster, squeeze out 4 medicine strips from the dispensing port and directly enter the pill making knife. After rapid practice with double rubbing wheels, pills of uniform size are produced.
