Advantages of EVM series:
The EVM series, with good performance, high accuracy, comprehensive semi-automatic image measuring instrument functions, automatic focusing, and optional fully automatic zoom lens, is a high-performance and cost-effective measuring instrument of our company.
The EVM series imaging system is based on high-definition digital industrial CCD, with a DSP post-processing measurement camera that enhances image contrast, and is equipped with our company's self-developed telecentric optical lens. When combined into a high-performance image measurement system, the high-definition digital industrial measurement camera has higher image clarity and contrast than a typical 1/3CCD at the same magnification.
The EVM series uses high-grade marble as the bracket for the body, and is equipped with a high-precision worktable. The X, Y, and Z axes are all equipped with absolute grating measuring systems with a resolution of 0.01 μ m.
The EVM series is equipped with a fully functional measurement software developed by our company, which is easy to use. The measurement results can be output in DXF format to various commonly used CAD software, such as AUTO CAD and MASTERCAM light strips, making it convenient for users to directly copy data. Alternatively, users can input them for intuitive measurement comparison.
The EVM series comes standard with our company's self-developed SPC statistical analysis software, which enables users to easily conduct scientific analysis of their processing flow, thereby easily identifying error trends and problems in the process. All measurement results can be output to universal office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, and other formats, for easy saving by users, preparation of quality inspection reports, or further processing.
