Instructions for Use

1. Before use, an air run test should be conducted. Before the test, the tightness of all machine connections, the amount of lubricating oil in the gearbox, and the integrity of the motor equipment should be checked. Then, the main power switch should be closed for the air run test. Press the material pouring and reset buttons separately, check if the working condition is good, and proceed with processing after meeting the above requirements (the material pouring button and reset button cannot be used simultaneously).
2. After adding the material, the cover plate of the material tank must be properly closed to prevent the material from shallow out of the tank. The cover is made of organic glass to observe the mixing situation of the material. If the mixing effect is achieved, press the pouring button to pour the material. When the hopper approaches the machine base, it will stop to prevent damage to the parts. After pouring, press the reset button to make the material tank return to its original position.
