Paddle dryer is a horizontal stirring dryer mainly based on conduction. The main structure is a W-shaped shell with a jacket, which is equipped with paired hollow low-speed rotating hollow shafts. Several stirring blades are welded to the shafts, and the jacket and hollow stirring blades are both connected to a heat carrier. The two heating surfaces simultaneously heat the material. The heat carrier is usually fed into the middle of the dryer, passes through the surface of the material layer in a stirred state, and is discharged from the other side.

Wedge shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat medium flows through the blades through the hollow shaft. The heat transfer area within a unit effective volume is large, and the temperature of the heat medium ranges from -40 to 320 ° C. It can be water vapor or liquid, such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating does not carry away heat with air, and the heat is used to heat the material. The heat loss is only due to the heat dissipation to the environment through the insulation layer of the device. The wedge-shaped blade heat transfer surface has a self-cleaning function, and the relative motion between material particles and the wedge-shaped surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can wash away the attached materials on the wedge-shaped surface, keeping the heat transfer surface clean during motion.

4. The generated dust and odor are relatively small: Due to the low gas flow rate used during the drying process, the dust and odor that can be generated are also very small. Therefore, the vacuum cleaner or deodorizer used in conjunction with it is also very small or does not need to be used at all.

5. Suitable for drying products with high humidity: Due to the use of blade type drying elements and continuous mixing and stirring, it can dry materials with high viscosity and high humidity. Its structural design avoids product accumulation in dead corners and overheating or spoilage caused by product accumulation.

6. Almost no wear and material loss: The speed of the blade is very low, only 10-40 revolutions per minute, which effectively avoids abrasion and rapid wear of the machine tool equipment caused by abrasion.
