working principle

Spectral absorption method indicates that many gas molecules exhibit characteristic absorption in the infrared band. According to Lambert Beer's law, the characteristic absorption intensity is directly proportional to the gas concentration. The THA100 infrared gas analyzer adopts this principle and belongs to the NDIR (non dispersive) infrared gas analyzer. It can be used to continuously analyze the concentration of one or several gas components to be tested in mixed gases. The THA100 infrared gas analyzer adopts mature and reliable analysis methods in the field of gas analysis, using MEMS infrared light source and dual channel infrared detector.

THA100 typeCarbon dioxide analyzer infrared onlineFully functional, with good performance indicators, especially good stability, strong anti-interference ability, less affected by environmental temperature, and high reliability, suitable for online use in harsh process industries, environmental protection, and scientific research fields.

technical advantage

MEMS infrared light source is an electrically modulated pulse light source with a high modulation frequency, which meets the characteristics requirements of pyroelectric detectors.

The dual channel detector design effectively improves the stability of the instrument.

High precision constant temperature control reduces the impact of environmental temperature on instrument measurement.

Atmospheric pressure compensation reduces the impact of environmental atmospheric pressure changes on instrument measurements.

Isolated current loop output and switch output reduce the impact of various external interferences on instrument measurement.
