Water supply gas pipe production line

Features and functions:
The production line uses our company's dedicated high-performance extruder for HDPE (PP, ABS) pipes. The screw adopts a barrier and mixing head structure, and the barrel adopts a new slotted barrel, which is well plasticized and mixed, with a large and stable extrusion volume. The blue die head is designed for HDPE (PP, ABS) large-diameter thick walled pipes, and has the characteristics of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low mold cavity pressure, and stable production.
The proprietary technology designed sizing and cooling system adopts water film lubrication and water ring cooling to meet the requirements of HDPE (PP, ABS) materials and ensure the stability of diameter and roundness during high-speed production of wall pipes.
Specially designed multi-stage vacuum sizing box for controlling vacuum degree, ensuring the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE (PP, ABS) pipes. The extruder and tractor adopt imported famous brand speed controllers for operation and control, with good stability, high precision, and high reliability.
The running time of the entire production line is programmed and controlled by PLC, with a well-designed human-machine interface. All process parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen. Special extruders for assembly marking lines can be used to produce pipes with colored markings that meet national standards.
