The water-cooled strip granulation production line adopts extrusion strip granulation, which is a complete set of granulation equipment composed of parallel twin-screw extruders or single screw extruders and corresponding granulation auxiliary machines. Adopting special screw design and different configurations, it is suitable for the regeneration and color mixing granulation of various plastics such as PP, PE, PET, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, PMMA, etc.

(1) The gearbox adopts a high torque design, achieving low noise and smooth operation.
(2) The screw and barrel have undergone special surface treatment and are characterized by wear resistance, good mixing effect, and high output.
(3) The design of vacuum exhaust or natural exhaust port can remove moisture and exhaust gas during the production process, resulting in more stable material discharge and denser rubber particles, ensuring the excellent quality of the product.
