Automatic metering systemComposed of feeding stations or material storage warehouses, vacuum feeding machine weighing devices, PLC controllers, and other components, it can complete automatic feeding and batching of single material by weight or multiple materials with different formulas. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, battery materials, building materials, metallurgy, and feed processing.
Taking the application of powder vacuum weighing system in automatic weighing and batching of two types of materials as an example to illustrate the working principle of powder vacuum load-bearing system. Materials A and B are stored in two silos respectively. The powder vacuum weighing system starts working, the vacuum pump starts, and when the screw discharge valve A at the bottom of the powder silo of material A reaches a certain weight, the screw stops and the discharge valve A closes. The remaining material in the conveying pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After suction, the weight of material A in the scale is exactly the set weight. At this time, the spiral discharge valve B at the bottom of material bin B is opened, and the spiral is started. Material B is sucked into the weighing hopper. When material B reaches a certain weight in the scale, the spiral stops and the discharge valve B is closed. The remaining material in the conveying pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After suction, the weight of material B in the scale is exactly the set weight. The vacuum pump has stopped.
The vacuum weighing system has the advantages of shorter process flow, higher weighing accuracy, higher reliability, highly flexible equipment layout, and significantly reduced plant height compared to traditional powder weighing systems. According to the different positions of the weighing device in the powder vacuum weighing system, various addition scales and subtraction scales can be formed to meet the different requirements of customers.
