Refueling precautions

1. The oil injection amount is basically from the beginning until new grease comes out of the oil outlet. If there is a little more, the oil injection is completed;

When using a manual oil pump to inject oil, the speed should not be too fast. In order to prevent excessive pressure inside the reducer due to too fast oil injection speed, the pressure action should be maintained once per second during manual oil injection. When using a manual oil pump, in order to ensure the smooth removal of old oil inside the reducer, we can inject oil for a period of time, rest for a while, and continue to inject oil when there is no grease discharged from the oil outlet. The use of a motorized pump requires a pressure within 0.5 MPa;

3. After the oil injection is completed, please make sure to operate the robot without closing the oil outlet;

4. The 5th and 6th axes of this model require borrowing oil injection ports from other axes;

5. Pay attention to using proprietary oil products for proprietary models.
