Performance characteristics:

1. The machine is a vertical mold locking, horizontal injection molding and blow molding integrated fully automatic injection blowing machine.

2. The machine has three workstations, one for injection molding, the second for blow molding, and the third for finished product ejection.

3. Horizontal injection, the horizontal direction of the nozzle hole can be adjusted according to different mold heights.

4. The injection power system can be selected according to different customer needs.

5. The turntable is driven by a servo motor and positioned by air pressure to ensure the rotation accuracy of the turntable and each workstation. (Servo drive and pneumatic positioning) to avoid contamination of the product by hydraulic oil.

6. Advanced PLC control system, time control can be precise up to 0.01 seconds.

7. Special air storage device (required for stretching and blow molding).

8. Different heating elements have independent temperature control devices to ensure ideal heating effect of the material tube.

9. The machine operation is simple and does not require special training.

10. The main components of the machine have undergone surface treatment (grinding/electroplating/blackening/nitriding, etc.) to ensure durability.

11. To meet the needs of different customers, the screw has undergone special surface treatment.
