Product Introduction
The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) pipe production line is a new type of extrusion equipment carefully developed by our company by absorbing advanced foreign technology. It uses continuous extrusion to produce pipes. Its products have excellent properties that ordinary polyethylene products do not have, such as wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self-lubricating properties, impact absorption, hygiene and non toxicity, and low temperature resistance. Suitable for coal mine slurry transportation, underground high-pressure water supply pipelines, oil field natural gas, oil pipelines, domestic water supply and drainage pipelines, power plant and chemical plant water supply and drainage pipelines, municipal engineering water supply, sewage, etc.
This production line adopts specially designed screws, new slotted screw barrels and extrusion die heads, as well as advanced production technology, and can produce ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes with diameters of 63-930mm. Replacing the mold head and auxiliary equipment can also produce sheet and bar products.
