Processing technology: Using 38CrMoAlAlA/SACM645 alloy steel substrate, first quenching and tempering - qualitative - rough machining - low-temperature state using oxygen ion method to spray the adjusted alloy powder on the screw edge (most easily worn) - processing with German imported steel knife and steel sand - precision machining - nitriding treatment (hardness of the screw substrate part) - polishing - inspection - factory packaging.
