As an optical method, the accuracy of measurement depends on the quality of imaging and subsequent processing, analysis, and calculation methods. The core components of the software include sub-pixel droplet coordinate detection, automatic liquid/solid/fluid three-phase contact line recognition, droplet full contour analysis, and droplet monitoring function based on continuous information feedback, all of which can be completed in real-time. Equipped with automatic measurement and fast fitting function of bilateral contact angle, it can analyze the wetting performance of liquid and solid surfaces, and more accurately analyze the actual wetting situation of the surface.
