This large bag opening system not only protects the production environment, reduces the workload of workers, and improves production efficiency, but also solves the problems of powder agglomeration, material bridging, and difficult discharge caused by moisture absorption during bag opening work.

The large bag unloading station is used to achieve the unloading function of bagged bulk materials and is a semi-automatic operation.

1. Lower the electric hoist and hang the bag rope of the packaging bag on the steel bracket;
2. Manually control the lifting and walking of the hoist, run it along the walking guide to the top of the unloading area, and place the packaging bag on the support tray, so that the large bag is in the unloading position;
3. Pull the discharge port of the packaging bag into the tie port of the discharge valve, then manually pull down the discharge port of the large bag from the discharge position and cover it on the carrier inside the discharge port sealing box;
4. Press the pneumatic control switch of the bag pressing mechanism to lower the sealing flange and press it tightly against the entrainer end of the discharge pipe, sealing the discharge channel to prevent dust leakage during the discharge process;
5. Manually or automatically open the powder valve on the ventilation and dust removal pipeline connected to the discharge port sealing box;
6. Manually untie the rope tied to the discharge port of the packaging bag, and the material begins to be discharged along the pipeline chute under the action of gravity. During the unloading process, in order to ensure smooth flow of the material in the packaging bag and pipeline chute, bag tapping mechanisms and other actions can be added;
7. After unloading, manually tie the bags, lift the bag clamping mechanism, and manually operate the electric hoist to lift out the empty bags;
