This machine is suitable for the pressing process of metal materials, such as bending, flanging, extrusion forming, as well as calibration, pressing, etc. This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, which adopts button centralized control and is equipped with jog and semi-automatic working system. The working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range of this machine can be adjusted within the specified range as needed. And it can complete two process modes: fixed pressure forming and fixed distance forming. In semi-automatic operation, both process modes have post compression holding delay and automatic return action.
This machine adopts an advanced YH32-100CW plug-in valve integrated system, with a compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, high transmission efficiency, and good sealing performance. This valve connects the hydraulic cylinder differentially in the circuit, that is, the left and right chambers of the single output rod piston cylinder are connected, thus forming a differential connection circuit. The hydraulic pump supplies oil directly into the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder. At this time, the electromagnetic iron of the two position three-way solenoid valve is energized, and the hydraulic cylinder realizes differential connection. The pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump enters both the left and right chambers of the hydraulic cylinder at the same time. However, due to the effective area of the rodless chamber being larger than that of the rod chamber, the thrust generated by the large chamber is greater than that generated by the small chamber, so the piston moves downward. As the oil discharged from the rod chamber of the hydraulic cylinder enters the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, the speed of the piston's downward movement is accelerated, and the actuator moves quickly. This valve has less leakage. Characteristics such as low flow resistance, fast direction change, and minimal impact.
