System concept: This type of laboratory adopts temperature balance technology (cooling without heating), which uses energy regulation technology to balance temperature control without the need for additional heating during cooling and low-temperature equilibrium. Energy regulation technology, also known as PID control, regulates refrigerant flow by adjusting the mass of refrigerant entering the evaporator per unit time to achieve precise control of refrigeration power and temperature in the laboratory.
Compared to the previous "balanced temperature control method" of heating and cooling at the same time, the energy consumption is very high. The application of this technology can significantly reduce customers' operating costs and extend the lifespan of compressors, saving users a considerable amount of electricity expenses during the product lifecycle
Refrigeration evaporator: A corrugated fin refrigeration evaporator is used, located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test chamber, and is forcibly ventilated by a blower motor for rapid heat exchange.

To ensure a high uniformity index, the test chamber is equipped with an internal circulating air supply system and air ducts. Inside the air duct interlayer at one end of the studio, there are devices such as heaters, humidifier inlet pipes, refrigeration evaporators, dehumidification evaporators, and fan blades. Multiple fans are used to circulate the air inside the box. When the fans are running, the air in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct from the bottom, and after heating/cooling, humidification/dehumidification, it is uniformly blown out. The air exchanged with the test sample in the working chamber is then sucked into the air duct and repeatedly circulated to meet the temperature setting requirements.
