Product Description: How to TranslateThe product is a transparent, non adhesive film of hot melt adhesive at room temperature, with imported release paper attached to the back.
Purpose:
Mainly used for seamless bonding of sandwich mesh, leather, microfiber and other materials on shoe uppers, directly formed by hot pressing, replacing needle sewing.
usage method:
When in use, the adhesive layer is usually first bonded to leather, microfiber and other substrates using a thermal laminating machine. Then, the substrate is punched and formed together with the substrate using a high-frequency fuse machine. Finally, the substrate with the adhesive film is bonded to the main body of the shoe upper using heating equipment such as a high-frequency machine and a pressing machine (this step can be performed simultaneously with high-frequency embossing).
