This equipment produces TPU with a width of 1372-1520 millimeters and a thickness of 0.02-3.0 millimeters. It can be co extruded using one or more single screw extruders, with each extruder divided into 8 temperature control zones for precise temperature control. The maximum output can reach 600KG/H, and it can be used in single-layer, A/B/A, or A/B distribution modes. Can meet the requirement of simultaneously applying release film and adhesive fabric on both upper and lower layers. Adopting PLC overall control, it can be easily controlled by one person, with easy disassembly and replacement of key components, user-friendly design, and reserved remote control ports. It can achieve synchronous monitoring in different locations worldwide, with extremely high cost-effectiveness. The product has high transparency, few crystal points, and no bubbles when rolled up.
