The DRK255 thermal and moisture resistance tester is suitable for various textile fabrics, including industrial fabrics, non-woven fabrics, and various other flat materials.
Instrument function:
An instrument used to measure indicators such as thermal resistance (Rct) and moisture resistance (Ret) of textile (and other) flat materials. This instrument is a fully automatic testing device designed to comply with the ISO 11092, ASTM F1868, and GB/T 11048-2008 standards for the determination of thermal and moisture resistance under steady-state conditions of textile biocompatibility.

Instrument features:
1. Small repeatability error: making the repeatability detection error much smaller than the relevant standards. Currently, most testing instruments for "heat transfer performance" have a repeatability error of around ± 5%, and our company has now reached ± 2%.
2. Compact structure and strong integrity: The instrument is a device that integrates the host and microclimate chamber into one unit, and can be used independently without any external devices. It has strong adaptability to the environment and is specially developed as a thermal and humidity resistance meter to reduce usage conditions.
3. Real time display of "heat and moisture resistance" values: The sample can display the entire stable process of "heat and moisture resistance" values in real time from preheating to the end, which solves the problem of long time and inability to understand the entire process of conducting heat and moisture resistance experiments.
4. High simulation skin sweating effect: The instrument has a high simulation of human skin sweating effect, which is different from the test plate with only a few small holes. It meets the requirement of equal water vapor pressure in all parts of the test plate, accurate effective test area, and thus measures the "moisture resistance" closer to the true value.
5. Multi point independent calibration: Due to the large range of thermal and humidity resistance testing, multi-point independent calibration can effectively improve the errors caused by nonlinearity and ensure the accuracy of testing.
6. Consistency between microclimate temperature and humidity and standard control points: Compared with similar instruments, adopting consistency between microclimate temperature and humidity and standard control points is more in line with the "method standards" and requires higher requirements for microclimate control.
