The DRK-G300 laser particle size analyzer (wet dry dual-use) is a versatile particle size analysis instrument. This instrument adopts a split design, that is, the injector and the host are separated. Supports both wet and dry detection dispersion methods, making mode expansion and conversion more convenient. The plug-in pipeline design can be matched with corresponding injectors and detection windows to switch detection modes. Micro, high-capacity, or corrosion-resistant injection systems can also be optionally selected.
The DRK-G300 laser particle size analyzer is based on the principle of full range Mie scattering theory, designed in accordance with ISO international technical standards. The structure adopts a pure helium neon gas light source and a large angle non-uniform cross fan-shaped ultra large detector array design, fully considering the detection angle and sensitivity, ensuring the wide range testing range of the instrument and the accuracy and repeatability of the test results.
Wet dispersion:
The DRK-G300 laser particle size analyzer ultrasonic dispersion system can fully disperse the tested sample. The high-power ultrasonic device (100W) is designed with anti dry burning protection, and the ultrasonic time is fully automatically and continuously adjusted. The ultrasonic time can be set according to the difficulty of sample dispersion. Good shielding treatment allows for simultaneous ultrasonic dispersion and sample testing, and even particles with agglomeration can be fully dispersed to obtain true particle size distribution data.
The sample dispersion pool is made of stainless steel material, which is circular in shape and easy to circulate and drain. The micro arc design does not leave dust and dirt, making it easy to clean, and it has a liquid level protection device.
Wet dispersion has automated functions such as automatic water inlet, automatic testing, automatic determination of light path status, automatic elimination of bubbles, and automatic cleaning. It can use distilled water, purified water, alcohol, and other liquids as dispersion media.
Circulating mixing system: Select the appropriate circulating mixing speed based on the characteristics of the tested sample to prevent particle precipitation in the circulation pipeline. The circulating pump speed is fully automatic and continuously adjustable, with digital display set. Simultaneously turning on ultrasound during the testing process can avoid testing errors caused by bubbles generated due to excessive circulation speed and prevent particle agglomeration during the circulation process.
Dry dispersion:
The sample is uniformly transported to the high-pressure airflow through an automatic dry powder sampler, and continuously sprayed at high speed into the disperser under the drive of the high-pressure airflow. At the outlet of the disperser, the sample has been fully dispersed, and after passing through the laser beam, it enters the collector/In the vacuum cleaner, the computer immediately displays the particle size distribution information.
