Dry granulation machine is a granulation process that uses the crystalline water of the material itself to directly extrude, flake, crush, and pelletize the raw material powder through mechanical extrusion. Its characteristics are the omission of humidification and drying processes, saving a lot of electricity, environmentally friendly granulation process, no need to add adhesives, both saving and pollution-free.

1. Body

The non-contact part between the body and the drug is made of a mixture of steel plates and castings, which are precision machined and lined with stainless steel on the outside. The body and drug contact parts are made of stainless steel. The main function of the fuselage is to provide support for various components and mechanisms. Adjustable feet are installed under the body to ensure that the entire device is securely grounded horizontally during installation

2. Feeding mechanism

The feeding mechanism consists of a feeding motor, synchronous belt pulley, material cylinder, screw, etc. The feeding motor drives the screw through synchronous belt transmission to push the material between the two pressure wheels. The screw speed of this feeding mechanism can be adjusted through a frequency converter, and it can be reasonably matched with the speed of the tablet pressing mechanism according to different drugs.

3. Tablet pressing mechanism

The tablet pressing mechanism consists of left and right pressure wheels, side sealing plates, scrapers, etc. The two pressure wheels rotating in opposite directions squeeze the material sent by the screw into a sheet. The sealing plates on both sides are tightly attached to the pressure wheel to prevent material leakage from both sides. Press the scraper onto the pressure wheel and clean the powder adhered to it. Our institution adopts cooling water circulation refrigeration for the pressure wheel, and the layout of the pressure wheel cooling water channel is reasonable, making the refrigeration more reliable and in line with the pharmacological characteristics of drugs.

4. Crushing mechanism

The crushing mechanism consists of a crushing knife, a crushing knife shaft, a crushing box, a sieve, etc. The crushing motor is transmitted to the crushing blade mounted on the crushing blade shaft through a pulley, and the crushing blade cuts the pressed strip into small pieces, which are directly dropped into the whole granule box.

5. Whole grain mechanism

The whole granule mechanism consists of a whole granule rotating cage, a sieve, a whole granule box, etc. The chopped block shaped material enters the whole granule drum and is squeezed by the high-speed rotating whole granule cage and sieve, and the finished particles are discharged from the sieve holes. The reasonable gap between the whole grain cage and the sieve makes the whole grain more reliable and greatly improves the efficiency of the whole grain. Variable frequency speed regulation greatly increases the range of pharmaceutical granules.

6. Vibrating screen machine

The vibrating screen adopts a quick detachable handle to connect the whole machine as a whole, and the upper cover adopts a closed structure to effectively prevent the dust generated by vibration during screening from flying.
