I. Overview
HH-601A high-precision super constant temperature water bathIt is manufactured using imported stainless steel plates and excellent processes, with all technical indicators meeting national standards. It is an updated product of the super constant temperature water bath. It has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, strong corrosion resistance, compact structure, beautiful appearance, energy saving, and long service life. It is selected for precision products in experimental science fields such as biology, physics, plants, chemical engineering, medical care, environmental protection, or auxiliary heating.
II. Structure
HH-601A high-precision super constant temperature water bathThe shell is made of metal plate, and the control box is directly installed on the water tank. There are two inlet and outlet nozzles for the condensate pipe next to it. The water tank uses imported high-quality water pumps as circulating power, which solves the problem of uneven warm water and enables the instrument to achieve high temperature control accuracy and water uniformity requirements.

4HH-601AInstructions for use
This instrument uses a 220V AC power supply. Please ensure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 6A before use and that it has a safety grounding device (please connect the grounding device to the working room when using).
When adding water, please note that the distance from the top cover plate should not be less than 8cm (for super constant temperature water bath). Soft water must be used, distilled water must be used, and hard water such as well water, river water, spring water, etc. should not be used to prevent the heating tube from bursting and affecting the constant temperature sensitivity. (Please plug in the instrument socket first, then plug in the power socket)
Firstly, turn on the power and activate the circulating water pump. Then, turn on the temperature setting measurement switch of the constant temperature section to the desired temperature setting (digital display). When the power is turned on, the instrument is heating up. When the temperature control indicator is turned off, the water temperature in the water tank has reached the set temperature. When the water temperature drops, the indicator enters the heating ON state again, "automatic temperature control".
To quickly lower the studio temperature, please turn off or adjust the digital temperature setting index. Connect one end of the external latex tube to the cold water or tap water condensation nozzle, and connect the other end to the water tank with a latex tube for circulating cooling. The water in the water tank will quickly condense.
5HH-601APrecautions
1. Please read the instructions carefully before use, and remember to add water to the water level line before turning on the power when closing the faucet.
2. Set the digital temperature display, turn on the power switch to raise the temperature of the water tank, cover the water tank cover, wait for the water temperature to reach the desired value, turn on the circulation power switch, and the water in the water tank will circulate evenly to the indoor temperature.
3. The water level should not be too high to prevent experimental errors caused by water overflow.
4. To extend the service life of the instrument, please be careful not to let the control box get damp and prevent electrical leakage.
5. The instrument is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of manufacture (any human error or improper use will incur production costs), with lifelong maintenance.
6. After use, please drain the water (water outlet), wipe it clean with a dry cloth, and place it in a ventilated and dry place.
