Online concentration sensorIt consists of a light source, sapphire refractor, receiver, and signal modulation circuit. The light source emits a stable light signal that passes through sapphire and comes into contact with the measured medium. The corresponding refractive index is generated by the concentration of the measured medium. The receiver calculates the refractive index of the collected refractive light source and obtains the corresponding concentration through data algorithms. Since the concentration is affected by temperature, internal temperature calibration is used to reduce the influence of temperature drift.

The key feature of an online refractometer is that it only measures the content of soluble substances in the liquid and is not affected by common factors such as particles, bubbles, crystals, and color in the process. Therefore, online refractometers are widely used in various industries to measure solution concentration or density in production processes.
