1) Unified brand oxidation surface treatment freezer, a specialized freezer for oxidation treatment and electroplating industry. In the electroplating industry, freezers help stabilize metals and metal ions, allowing metal ions to quickly attach to the electroplated parts. This not only increases density and smoothness, but also reduces the number of electroplating cycles and improves productivity.
2) The compressor is selected from imported famous brands such as Gulun, Meiyoule, Fusheng, etc., including fully enclosed scroll compressors and semi enclosed screw compressors. It can be 20% -30% more efficient than reciprocating compressors, and can be combined with multiple compressors according to customer requirements. It can automatically alternate operation according to load changes to achieve energy saving and extend the service life of the compressor.
3) The condenser adopts Taiwanese technology, with the outer surface of the copper tube processed into trapezoidal ribbed tubes to increase the exchange area and enhance heat exchange performance. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.
4) The evaporator can be made of titanium tube evaporator or stainless steel 316 evaporator, which is corrosion-resistant, leak proof, and most suitable for oxidation treatment and electroplating industry.
5) The refrigeration machine accessories are selected from globally renowned brands such as Danfoss, Eco, Sporland, etc., with reliable quality.
6) The outer box adopts a stainless steel main frame and is made of corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) material, which is durable and has a beautiful appearance.
