The Hailing industrial oil cooler uses the principle of evaporation and heat absorption of refrigerant for cooling work. The oil pump extracts oil from the machine tool oil tank to the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled hydraulic oil then returns to the machine tool oil tank through the oil cooler outlet pipeline and passes through the oil

Functional principle:

The Hailing industrial oil cooler uses the principle of refrigerant evaporation and heat absorption to perform cooling work. The oil pump extracts oil from the machine tool oil tank to the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled hydraulic oil is then returned to the machine tool oil tank through the oil cooler outlet pipeline. In this way, the continuous circulation of oil causes the oil temperature of the entire oil to continuously decrease. The oil cooler reflects the timely temperature of the oil in the tank through the temperature sensor of the temperature controller. Users can set and control the temperature according to their actual work needs, and the temperature controller automatically controls the operation of the refrigeration unit through a temperature sensing probe. Ensure that the oil temperature is always controlled within the normal operating range.

Main purpose:
