The Heshan brand LY-15, LY-25, LY-32 series spiral wing metering refueling guns are a combination of horizontal spiral wing flow meters and refueling guns. A metering fuel gun is an instrument used to measure the volumetric flow rate of liquids (gasoline, diesel, engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) flowing through pipelines. Suitable for filling light fuels such as gasoline. This product is produced according to the Q/YOY01-90 standard and has the advantages of high precision, convenient use, and flexibility.
Product Features
The spiral wing metering refueling gun is suitable for fuel management in highway construction, factories and mines, and government organizations. The metering fuel gun can be directly installed on the distribution pipe of the oil tank for refueling and refilling. It can also be installed on the distribution pipes of car tank trucks and gasoline motorcycle pumps to refuel group vehicles. Oil can be supplied by a pump or by utilizing the natural pressure of the oil tank height difference (pressure should be ≤ 0.4 megapascals). The metering refueling gun has the advantages of small size, light weight, easy portability, and accurate metering, and is suitable for filling light fuel materials
Product Usage
1. Before using the spiral wing metering refueling gun, it is necessary to check whether all parts of the metering refueling gun are in good condition. Adjusting the flow rate to the rated flow rate has been proven in practice to achieve high accuracy when using the metering fuel gun at the rated flow rate.
2. When using, try to keep the dial of the fuel gun in a horizontal position and avoid hitting or impacting it.
3. Regularly clean the dirt from the filter and prohibit using it to measure solutions such as water, alkali, acid, etc.
4. The measuring fuel gun has been adjusted and verified to be qualified before leaving the factory. Users generally cannot disassemble it at will. When it must be disassembled, the following sequence should be followed: (1) Unscrew the zero button cover and remove the button; (2) Unscrew the watch cover; (3) Use a specialized wrench to unscrew the pressure ring; (4) Remove the gear transmission mechanism; (5) Unscrew the connecting intermediate wheel on the upper side of the impeller chamber. (6) Remove the inlet pipe; (7) Remove the impeller chamber from the inlet of the gun body. If repairing or replacing the valve gasket, the impeller chamber and transmission mechanism must be disassembled before proceeding.
5. After using the spiral wing metering refueling gun for a period of time, due to various reasons, there may be excessive errors. At this time, the adjustment device can be used to make adjustments. When adjusting, first loosen the adjusting device, the outer nut, and use a small screwdriver to turn the inner plug. When the watch is slow, turn the plug clockwise for half a week or several weeks, and repeat the test several times until it is considered accurate. On the contrary, when the watch is fast, turn the screw plug counterclockwise. After adjustment, tighten the outer nut. (Note: The so-called meter speed refers to the error. For example, if the pointer indicates 100 liters and the actual medium flowing through is 105 liters, we call it meter slow. Conversely, if the pointer indicates 100 liters, we call it meter fast.)
6. When installing and using the spiral wing metering refueling gun, an electrostatic protection device should be installed in the refueling system.
