Product Overview and Usage

ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer is widely used in industries such as chemical, light industry, medicine, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt production, sugar, etc. for drying, cooling, and humidification of powders.

Fluidized bed dryer can be used for:

1. Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablet particles, borax, phenol, and other additives

2. Food and building materials industry: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, mineral powder, slag, Douban, etc.

3. Adapt to tasks such as drying, cooling, and humidification of various materials

The materials to be processed are distributed on a conveyor belt through an appropriate spreading mechanism, such as a star feeder, swinging belt, crusher, or granulator, and the conveyor belt passes through a channel composed of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system, and each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. When the conveyor belt passes through, hot air passes from top to bottom or from bottom to top through the materials on the conveyor belt, so that the materials can be evenly dried.
