Equipment composition and characteristics Production process: raw materials → single screw extruder → forming mold → soaking vacuum shaping box → soaking cooling water tank → inkjet printer → belt traction machine → cutting machine or rewinding machine → finished product inspection and packaging Main features of the equipment: Extrusion equipment: The single screw extruder adopts a dedicated screw with high screw speed, output, and plasticizing capacity. Extrusion mold: using a dedicated head designed for the characteristics of raw materials, it has the characteristics of uniform discharge, easy adjustment, and reduced extrusion weld marks. Vacuum shaping device: The parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel. Traction machine: Two jaw belt type high-speed traction machine, using variable frequency stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of traction stability in pipe production. Precision pneumatic cutting machine or automatic rewinding machine: automatically cutting or rewinding pipes according to requirements, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. There are multiple electrical control systems to choose from (such as PLC automation control system), with fast and stable production speed, simple and easy control operation.
