Product Introduction
Pulse bag filter has the characteristics of large air volume, small footprint, high purification efficiency, reliable operation, simple structure, and low maintenance. The dust removal efficiency of pulse dust collectors can reach over 99%. Pulse dust collector is a mature and relatively complete dust removal equipment. Pulse bag filter is widely used in dust gas purification and treatment systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, and non-metallic mineral fine powder processing. It is an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
The pulse bag filter mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Box body: including bag chamber, pre dust collection chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton, and maintenance door. The box is designed to withstand a pressure of 5000Pa.
2. Exhaust system: including fan and fan matching motor.
3. Spray system: main air pipe, spray pipe, pulse valve, controller.
4. There are two forms of ash discharge for the intake: one is the standard ash hopper type, and the other is the open flange type.
Working principle of pulse bag filter:
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the bag into clean gas and enters the clean air chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to constantly rise. In order to reduce the resistance of the equipment to 1200Pa and ensure the continued operation of the bag filter, it is necessary to regularly clean the dust on the filter bag. Dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller timing and sequentially starting the pulse valve, causing compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the bag to be sprayed from the nozzle holes (called primary air) through the Venturi tube, inducing surrounding air (called secondary air) several times the primary air to enter the filter bag and rapidly expand in an instant, accompanied by the reverse action of the airflow to shake off dust and achieve the purpose of dust cleaning.
Application range of pulse bag filter:
In addition to the cement industry, bag filters are also suitable for dust recovery and treatment in chemical, mechanical, casting, manufacturing, ceramics and other fields. At the same time, the pulse dust collector has ideal treatment effects on various types of dust, and can currently treat lighter dust such as woodworking dust; Effective dust collection is carried out on medium density dust such as charcoal powder, gypsum powder, pigments, glued laminated wood powder, plastic powder, as well as high density dust such as sand used in metal cutting and casting, with emission concentrations below the emission requirements.

Product maintenance and repair
After being put into operation, a dedicated person should be assigned to manage and maintain the dust collector, familiar with its working principle and technical performance,
Master adjustment and maintenance methods, conduct patrol inspections every shift, and establish operation records.
2. The oil-water separator, filter, air storage tank, and air bag shift of compressed air should discharge sewage once or twice.
3. The filter material for compressed air should be replaced every 2-6 months.
4. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months and vulnerable parts should be replaced.
5. Various rubber seals should be replaced regularly.
6. If there is dust emission from the exhaust port, check whether the filter bag has fallen off or been damaged, and whether the bolt (Venturi tube) is loose
Check if the padding is aging. (Can open the top cover for inspection)
If dust is found to be emitted from the exhaust port after each cleaning, it is considered excessive cleaning and the cleaning cycle should be adjusted.
8. The condition of the filter bag should be checked regularly (once every three months), and if there is any damage, it should be replaced or repaired immediately.
When repairing, the same material as the filter bag should be used for patching, and it is strictly prohibited to use only thread to thread stitching. General service life of cloth bags
For 1-2 years.
9. Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the dust collector body, and promptly apply paint to any damaged areas, at least every two years.
