SPC calcium plastic flooring material uses environmentally friendly formulas and does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, phthalates, formaldehyde, etc. It complies with EN 14372, EN 649-2011, IEC 62321, and GB 4085-83 standards.

SPC calcium plastic floor density: 1.9-2 tons/cubic meter;

Shrinkage rate of SPC calcium plastic flooring: ≤ 1 ‰ (after tempering treatment);

≤ 2.5 ‰ (without tempering treatment)

(Shrinkage test standard: 80 ℃, 6-hour standard)

Production process of SPC calcium plastic flooring:

Process 1: Mixing

According to the material ratio, pour it into the high-speed mixer for hot mixing, then enter the cold mixer for cooling and mixing until the material is evenly mixed;

Process 2: Extrusion

Add a conical twin-screw extruder for heating and extrusion → enter the sheet metal die for extrusion molding. The formed sheet is then subjected to a four roll calender, and the substrate is shaped → coated with color film → coated with wear-resistant layer → cooled → cut. This series of processes is automatically completed on the production line.

Process 3: UV

Cutting → slotting → inspection → packaging.
