Evaporation bucket, mainly composed of evaporation buckets; It consists of four parts: water ring, measuring needle, and overflow bucket. In areas without rainstorm, there is no overflow bucket. (The overflow bucket is provided by the user)
1. Evaporator bucket: It is the main part of the evaporator. It is a cylindrical poke with a mouth area of 3000cm2 and a conical bottom. Made of fiberglass material. To ensure that the mouth edge does not deform and the mouth is shaped like a straight inner and slanted outer blade, with a thickness of 8mm. It is required that the mouth be perfectly round; The inner diameter is 61.8cm (allowable error 0).3cm); The height of the cylinder is 60.0cm, the height of the cone is 8.7cm, and the total height is 68.7cm. A measuring needle seat with a leveling device is installed on the wall of the device 6.5cm below the mouth, and it is required to be firmly set with a hole size that matches the measuring needle insertion rod. There is an overflow hole with a diameter of 1.5cm and a bottom to mouth distance of 6OCm on the barrel wall.
2. Hydrosphere: It is a device located on the periphery of the evaporator barrel, consisting of four arc-shaped water tanks of the same shape and size. Made of 4.0mm thick fiberglass material. The width of the sink is 20.0cm, and the heights of the inner and outer walls are 13.7cm and 15.0cm respectively. The circle formed by the four inner walls of the sink should match the outer wall of the evaporator bucket. Each sink has drainage holes on its outer wall, with the lower edge of the hole 9.0cm from the bottom of the sink. To ensure the same water level in each sink, copper joints are used to connect the holes on both sides of each sink.
3. Measuring needle: It is a component used to measure the height of the water surface inside the evaporator. Made using the principle of a spiral micrometer. The diameter of the measuring needle insertion rod matches the hole diameter of the measuring needle seat on the evaporator barrel. To avoid visual errors, a ZHD type electric measuring needle that emits sound when the needle tip contacts the water surface can be used. A static water device should also be installed on the measuring needle.

2、 Burial of E-601B type evaporator bucket
The burial of the E-601 evaporator can be carried out according to the dimensions shown in Figure 3. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. The evaporator outlet should be raised 30.0cm above the ground and kept level. When burying, a level can be used for inspection, and the height difference of the tool mouth should be less than 0.2cm.
2. The water ring should be closely attached to the evaporator bucket, and the gap between the outer wall of the evaporator bucket and the inner wall of the water ring should be less than 0.5cm. The bottom of the drainage hole of the water ring and the bottom of the overflow hole of the evaporator bucket should be on the same horizontal plane.
3. A soil circle with a width of 50.0cm (including the anti collapse wall) and a height of 22.5cm is set around the evaporator. The anti collapse wall on the outer layer of the soil circle is made of bricks that are laid flat and laid in a straight direction. Leave an observation gap of less than 40.Ocm to the north of the soil circle. The measuring needle seat of the evaporator barrel should be located at the observation gap.
4. When burying instruments, efforts should be made to minimize disturbance to the original soil, and the gap between the pit wall and the bucket wall should be filled and compacted with original soil.
