Of course, it is also closely related to the quality of bearings and assembly processes. Special tools can be purchased or self-made. When disassembling and installing components of the worm gear screw elevator, try to avoid using hammers or other tools to strike. When replacing gears, worm gears, and worm gears, try to choose original accessories and replace them in pairs. When assembling the output shaft, pay attention to tolerance fit and use anti adhesive agents or red lead oil to protect the hollow shaft from wear, rust, or scale on the fitting area, which is difficult to disassemble during maintenance. Understanding the bearing capacity and speed issues of worm gear elevators, screw elevators, as a type of lifting (push-pull) equipment, adopt worm gear and worm gear combined with screw drive, which have the characteristics of small volume and light weight from a structural perspective. The screw lift calculates the maximum load-bearing capacity and allowable power of a certain type of worm gear lift based on the strength of its worm gear and various components. The higher input speed allowed for general worm gear transmission is 1500 revolutions per minute, so when using a spiral elevator, the worm input speed should not exceed this speed, which means that a larger one can be equipped with a regular 4-motor. When using a spiral elevator, the surface temperature of the machine body is allowed to be controlled between -15 ° C and 80 ° C. If it exceeds or falls below this temperature range, temperature control measures should be taken for the elevator.

How to do a good job of inspecting SWL1T elevators in winter: Small elevators undergo strict inspections before leaving the factory, and all indicators must meet the requirements. In the extremely cold winter, maintenance and repair work must be done. Let's take a look at the specific situation together: first, check the rollers, central shaft and bearings, oil cylinder and bearings of the spiral elevator every month, and add smooth oil to these components to extend the service life of the bearings. Also, check the quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil. When the color of hydraulic oil becomes darker or there are foreign objects in the oil, the oil should be replaced. Secondly, the hydraulic and pipeline connection parts of the micro screw elevator should be inspected once a year. If the pipeline is damaged, it should be replaced immediately, and if the connection part is loose, tighten the pipe joint; Also, remove and dismantle the lowering valve, and blow the valve core onto it with compressed air; And after draining the hydraulic oil from the tank, open the tank, remove the oil suction filter, wash it clean, and put it back in the tank, then refill it with new oil according to the original position. The input power of the spiral elevator shall not exceed the rated power in the specification table, and the maximum speed shall not exceed 1800RPM. Attention must be paid to the issues of overheating and speed wear caused by exceeding the rated power and speed required by the elevator.

When selecting the maximum allowable speed for configuring a micro lift, be sure to check that the required power does not exceed the rated power of the corresponding micro screw lift model. Use rigid protective tube "T" and flexible protective cover "B" to prevent impurities and dirt from entering the surrounding working environment and damaging the engagement of the screw and bronze nut. The rigid protective tube "T" is a metal square tube installed on the opposite side of the box pushed out by the screw lift screw elevator, used to support and fix other parts, such as limit switches and reversing devices. The installation screws are right-hand threads. The stretchable flexible protective cover "B" is made of rubber or sewn nylon and is installed on the box of the screw push out end of the spiral elevator. This protective cover can be used for various types and strokes of spiral elevators, whether they are screw lift or nut lift. The fixing methods include metal rings and covers, depending on the application scenario. The stop nut is a safety accessory of the screw lift, which only prevents the screw from rotating and falling off, partially or completely falling out of the lift case, reducing the risk of injury to equipment or personnel. The safety distance of the stop nut is 20mm beyond the established stroke. During normal use, the brake nut does not function due to the action of the limit switch. If the screw collides with the nut and stops running due to misoperation or the limit switch not working, the possible mechanical damage should be checked. The products of worm gear screw elevators are also increasing.

Attention: The auxiliary function of the stop nut is anti reverse function, which can be unscrewed when the screw needs to rotate; For ball screws, the stop nut must be installed. The adjustment of axial clearance is a manual clearance limiting device (limited to screw lift spiral elevators). When the direction of load force changes interactively, it is necessary to adjust the axial clearance. Loosen the safety screw P of the circular adjustment nut G on the side of the box. Use a compass wrench to turn the circular adjustment nut G clockwise to reduce the side clearance, and counterclockwise to increase the side clearance.
