The SRL-Z series mixing unit is mainly suitable for the batching, mixing, coloring, drying of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, as well as the drying, devolatilization and other processes before the molding and processing of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate. It can also be used for the mixing of phenolic resins.
This unit combines hot mixing and cooling mixing processes, and the materials that have completed hot mixing automatically enter cold mixing for cooling, eliminating residual gases and preventing agglomeration.

4. Main structure
This unit consists of seven parts: frame, transmission, pot body, lifting and lowering, discharge port, and electric control box. The whole machine adopts a closed structure, which is reasonable and beautiful.
Transmission components: The stirring blade is made of stainless steel and specially processed by machinery, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Spindle: After precision machining, grinding, and tempering treatment, the workmanship is exquisite. Adopting three seals, namely PTFE, gas, and skeleton oil seals, without powder leakage.
The pot body is a multi-layer structure, divided into inner layer, outer layer, and interlayer. The inner layer is welded with stainless steel, and the inner wall and bottom of the barrel are made of stainless steel. The arc-shaped pot bottom has an extremely smooth and hard inner surface, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easy to stick to materials. The interlayer of the mixer pot body has a heating jacket and a resistance heating coil. The temperature is transmitted to the inner pot body through the high ignition point heat transfer oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated evenly. Adjusting the temperature can control the temperature of the materials in the pot. The jacket has an asbestos insulation layer on the outer surface, which is not hot to the touch when in use.
The lid of the mixer pot is made of aluminum alloy casting. The inner surface has undergone precision machining and polishing, with exquisite workmanship. After being lifted by a cylinder, it can rotate horizontally clockwise along the vertical direction (rotating 70 ℃). The cover has holes for adding resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, and breathable holes, which users can arrange according to their own needs. Do not apply too much force when turning the pot lid to avoid damaging the pot wall. To prevent personal accidents caused by the mixing slurry rotating due to the pot lid not being properly covered, a protective switch is also installed at the pot lid.
High speed mixer discharge device: made of aluminum alloy, equipped with pneumatic discharge door, automatic discharge. The cylinder is connected to the material door in a straight line, with reliable compression and excellent sealing performance.
