Introduction:
This unit is a professional production facility for PVC plastic profiles, mainly producing door and window series profiles, decorative panels, micro foam profiles, and micro foam decorative panels. Our company has introduced and absorbed foreign technology to develop a large-scale plastic door and window profile production line, which is equipped with a conical twin-screw extruder. It has the advantages of high automation, stable working performance, large output, and high efficiency.
The plastic door and window profile production line uses PVC powder to manufacture various plastic door and window profiles, decorative profiles, etc. Referring to the latest foreign technology, the unit has been optimized and designed. It has the characteristics of uniform plasticization, low shear rate, high yield, and long service life. The unit consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a traction machine, a cutting and laminating machine, and a flipping rack. The host adopts AC frequency conversion or DC thyristor drive, and the temperature control instrument is selected from imported products. The auxiliary vacuum pump and traction motor are both made of high-quality products, which are easy to maintain. After replacing the screw and mold, foam profiles can be directly extruded, which is more effective than a single screw.
According to different molds, the shaping table can be selected in specifications such as 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, and 11 meters. Configure parallel twin-screw host, especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiled materials.
