Characteristics of production line：
Equipped with a polyolefin specific single screw extruder, the dedicated separation type mixing screw has the characteristics of high-speed extrusion and high-speed plasticization.
The standard designed pipe head has a reasonable flow channel and smooth inner and outer walls of the pipe. Designing the installation form of the machine head according to user requirements greatly saves space.
Optimized copper spiral sizing sleeve with strong vacuum suction device, suitable for high-speed extrusion of the pipe material.
The box is made of stainless steel, and the liquid level is controlled by a visual liquid level automatic controller. Specially designed sprinkler heads provide efficient spray cooling. Vertical movement motor adjustment, three-dimensional adjustment can be achieved up, down, left, right.
Specially designed sizing cooling method: production range of 25-200mm, production speed up to 0.8-1.5 meters per minute.
