The SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder, equipped with corresponding screws and auxiliary machines, can directly extrude various thermoplastic materials, especially rigid polyvinyl chloride powder, into pipes, plates, sheets, wax and profiles, and can also complete the modification of various plastics and powder granulation processes.
This machine adopts a DC motor, controllable silicon stepless speed regulation, equipped with overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling, and is equipped with a vacuum air pipe device and a quantitative feeding device.
