When installing the SJA spiral screw elevator, the rigidity of the box body under static and impact loads should be considered first, and the installation should be carried out reasonably without damaging the installation holes. Next, we will focus on explaining the installation of the guiding device. In many operating conditions, without a guiding device, the lead screw will bear lateral forces. Therefore, guide rails should be installed reasonably according to the operating conditions to ensure that there is no lateral force acting on the lead screw. The direction of operation of the guiding device must be the same as the direction of movement of the lead screw or nut. The model or brand of the guide rail should be selected from high-quality manufacturers. After the guide is installed, the motor can be installed. During installation, it is important to pay attention to the stability of the installation position and avoid situations where the motor vibrates greatly. The determination of installation direction and steering: Before installing the spiral screw elevator, steering gear, and reducer, it is necessary to check the steering of the input shaft and output shaft to ensure synchronous lifting. Otherwise, there may be situations where the screw rises and falls. The guide rail frame uses two No. 10 channel steel as the standard main limb of the guide rail frame, and a 1-inch tube as the web member. The length of each standard section is 2500mm. Under the premise of meeting the strength requirements, the standard section is designed as a sheet structure for easy transportation and installation. Every two standard sections are connected on the inner side of the channel steel with bent connecting plates. The outer surface of the channel steel must be straight to ensure the smooth operation of the aluminum alloy material elevator. The standard section materials are common profiles and pipes, which can reduce the overall cost of the machine and facilitate promotion and use.
The spiral screw lifting mechanism places the material elevator lifting mechanism on the bottom section of the guide rail frame standard section for easy installation, wiring, debugging, and daily maintenance. A fixed pulley is installed on the top section of the standard section, and the lifting steel wire rope is wound through it and stretched downwards and fixed on the hydraulic lift to lift the material flatbed, transport construction materials, and transport waste materials from the construction layer to the ground. The lifting mechanism adopts a reduction motor, and the motor axis and output gear form an L-shaped output, which minimizes the volume of the lifting mechanism and facilitates layout and transportation. Simultaneously setting up a first stage open transmission gear can increase the reduction ratio on one hand, and on the other hand, it can also move the position of the reducer backward relative to the center of the drum, making the overall installation of the lifting mechanism convenient. The main beam of the elevator is equipped with guide rollers. To reduce the pressure on the rollers and ensure that the aluminum alloy elevator guardrail has a certain protective height, the distance between the upper and lower guide rollers is set to the maximum value within its structural range, so that the material flatbed has a certain guiding height and the wheels are subjected to reasonable force, resulting in smoother operation. The material flatbed is equipped with upper and lower rollers, which can prevent the material from being placed asymmetrically and causing unstable operation of the flatbed. The installation and precautions for the fixed connection of the worm gear screw elevator are as follows: 1. Assembly of threaded connection: 1. The threaded connection should ensure appropriate tightening force. Threaded connections that bear dynamic loads and are relatively important generally require pre tightening force. Tighten as required during assembly. For ordinary threaded connections without pre tightening force requirements, there should also be appropriate tightening force. 2. For parts with grouped threaded connections, the bolts must be tightened in a certain order and gradually tightened in stages. This is beneficial for ensuring uniform contact between threads, good fit, and consistent load-bearing between bolts. 3. Diagonal key connections are generally applied to connectors with low coaxiality requirements. Its working surface is top and bottom, with a slope of 1:100. When the key is pressed, it causes pressure between the shaft and the wheel hub, resulting in friction to transmit torque. Therefore, its upper and lower surfaces should be in good contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the keyway, and generally need to be ground. There should be a certain gap between the side and the keyway. When the keyway is connected, the fit between the keyway shaft and the hole should be relatively accurate. of 4.
