SITRANS LVS300 is a vibrating rod point level gauge used for level alarms of solid materials at high, low, and specified heights.

Vibrating rod point level gaugeapplication

LVS300 is used to detect high, low, and specified height material level alarms in silos, hoppers, and crushers.

Users can customize a 1 '' extension sleeve.

The LVS300 compact design can be used for top, side, and tilt installations. The design of the vibration rod can avoid the problem of traditional tuning forks bridging or getting stuck in the fork body under easy hanging conditions. A sturdy measuring rod ensures that it is not easily damaged or bent during heavy material measurement.

The signal from the electronic circuit causes the piezoelectric crystal to vibrate, thereby causing the measuring rod to vibrate. When the probe is covered by material, the circuit detects a change in vibration and outputs the change after a delay of 1 second.

When the measuring rod is no longer covered by the material, the vibration is restored and the relay returns to its normal state.

Typical applications: Solid materials in silos, hoppers, and crushers, such as lime, sand and gravel, milk powder, flour, sugar, plastic pellets, etc.
