The grouping sequential temperature control technology is adopted, and even high-quality multi cavity products can be obtained in the case of using point gate cold runner. The injection molding machine can choose 10 or more sequential temperature control functions to flexibly adapt to different product and mold structure requirements. The specifications of this injection molding machine are from 90 tons to 350 tons.
The second core of technology
Superior performance indicators, injection pressure can reach up to 310Mpa, using fully closed-loop control technology with a deviation of less than 0.1Mpa. According to different requirements, the injection speed can be selected from a range of extremely low speed 0.1mm/s to high speed 300mm/s.
