There must be no relative motion in the radial and axial directions. Therefore, bearings must meet high requirements in terms of zero clearance, rigidity, and operational performance. Moreover, it must be possible to control the axial movement of the printing plate cylinder to achieve skew adjustment (diagonal alignment function).





5、 Product Details

Cleverly remove the damaged bearings of the offset printing machine:
I encountered a tricky problem when replacing the damaged needle roller bearing in the support shaft of the water bucket roller operation side. How to remove the damaged bearing? The maintenance personnel used an electric drill to remove the outer edge of the bearing, leaving only a thin sleeve in the hole, but it was very difficult to remove it by hand. Later, the small shaft was clamped onto the lathe and the needle roller bearing stamping part was machined with a lathe before the bearing was removed. If the bearing is damaged again, a simple method is to first drill a through-hole along the centerline of the small shaft with a drill bit with a diameter of 5mm, and then mill the hole containing the bearing to a depth of about 1.5mm on a milling machine. Fill the hole with a shim of equal thickness and insert the bearing. Once the bearing is damaged again, the small shaft can be removed and the gasket can be hit in a hole with a diameter of 5mm. The bearing will come out of the hole, and the effect is very good.

Radial rigidity of tapered roller bearings:
Pre tensioned tapered roller bearings have slightly higher rigidity than pre tensioned cylindrical roller bearings. In fact, the difference is very small and can be ignored. In addition, tapered roller bearings have relatively high axial rigidity and can withstand overturning moments. But precisely because of its high tilting rigidity, it is necessary to pay attention to the very limited misalignment allowed by the drum shaft neck. Conical roller bearings are very suitable as positioning bearings in single sheet offset printing machines, for example. The DMF bearing unit has extremely high radial and axial rigidity. This is achieved through the combination of radial cylindrical roller bearings and bi-directional, zero clearance thrust needle roller bearings. Due to its high axial rigidity and extremely low axial runout, this bearing unit is particularly suitable for use in the transfer drum of single sheet offset printing machines.
Control pre tightening:
Pre tightening of bearings will increase the internal forces acting on the rolling elements. And thus exacerbate friction and temperature rise. Light preloading not only increases the rigidity of the bearing, but also slightly improves its fatigue life. However, if the optimal preload is exceeded, the rated life of the bearing will sharply decrease, and friction and temperature rise will significantly increase.


How to effectively maintain:

4. Allowable temperature: Under normal load conditions, with high temperature resistance and sufficient lubrication, INA bearings are generally allowed to operate at ambient temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to 150 ℃.
