RICKMEIER gear pump

The characteristics of RICKMEIER gear pump are simple structure, stability and reliability, short and straight fluid guide channel, combined with gearbox structure and special tooth structure, which ensures excellent suction performance and extremely low noise level during operation.

The standard housing is made of gray cast iron, and the transmission components are made of hardened surface carburizing steel. Large sized composite suction seals with special coatings come standard with radial shaft machine seals. In addition, the pneumatic components of Huancun (such as slip ring seals) have a long service life and excellent dry running characteristics for their sliding bearings.

Due to the use of a three part housing, the R5 series of Rekemel gear pumps can easily adapt to specific customer interfaces without the need for special design, and can achieve complexity using separately designed housing components. In addition to standard design, pumps can also be optionally adapted to their respective applications due to various possibilities. The variable modular system of this series can achieve multiple materials, shells, seals, and functions.

All gear pumps in the R5 series can be provided as a whole with motors, casings, couplings, and other accessories. The gear pump unit is equipped with a three-phase asynchronous motor as standard. According to customer requirements or specifications, various designs and efficiency levels of single-phase AC motors and DC motors can also be provided. Gearboxes and couplings also offer different designs and materials.
