It is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), operated by a human-machine interface, and quickly heated by near (far) infrared rays. The local temperature can be adjusted according to the size and shape of the forming area, saving 30% energy compared to previous vacuum forming machines. The concave and convex molds can be formed. The whole machine structure adopts independent innovative and humanized design, and an automatic loading and unloading system can be added according to user needs to achieve automatic loading and unloading functions. You can also choose the upper mold auxiliary mechanism, positive and negative pressure forming, which can easily solve some difficult to form products.
