Overview

Structure Introduction
The RY type hot oil pump is a single-stage cantilever structure divided into foot support and center support. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward from the center. The pump and drive motor are assembled on the same base through an elastic coupling. The entire unit does not require a cooling system.
It is mainly composed of shell, rotor, bearing, seal and other parts, and adopts a packing sealing structure (see Figure 2 for details), with an additional temperature resistant oil seal to assist in sealing. The pump and motor are connected by a three jaw elastic coupling.
This pump has changed the traditional structure of a hot oil pump from a design perspective, adopting a natural cooling method that reduces the volume of the pump, simplifies the structure, saves operating costs, and is safe and reliable
