Usage Notes:

In the following situations, it is not possible to exhaust the suction line:

-The suction pipeline leaks, so negative pressure will not be formed.

-When in vacuum or when the liquid level is far below the gear pump, it may cause the pressure in the suction side pipeline system or storage tank to be too low, resulting in the inability of the medium to flow in.

-A check valve (providing ventilation valve) is installed on the pressure side of the gear pump.
