2、 Product Features
1. The wavy strip heating wire of the flat electric furnace plate is a new type of rare earth alloy material with a long service life. The surface of the electric furnace plate is covered with a glass panel that can withstand high temperatures up to 800 ℃. When heated, the surface of the electric furnace heats up evenly, and the heating and cooling rates are fast.
2. The electric furnace plate uses a new type of high-temperature resistant inorganic environmentally friendly insulation material, which has low heat loss in the bottom plate and surrounding areas, uniform heating and thermal conductivity, and higher thermal efficiency.
3. The high-temperature resistant glass panel of the flat electric furnace plate is flat, smooth, and easy to clean. If the surface is contaminated, simply wipe it dry with a cloth to reduce damage to the instrument caused by improper operation.
4. The improved glass burr reflux tube and heat dissipation system ensure the parallelism and accuracy of the sample digestion results due to its excellent digestion reflux effect.
5. Corresponding to different heating powers selected by the user, the surface heating temperature of the electric furnace can be displayed.
6. The digestion time can be set. After digestion is completed, the instrument automatically stops heating, and the instrument fan continues to work for half an hour to assist in sample cooling. It can be left unattended.
7. Energy and water conservation, safety and reliability have improved the work efficiency of operators.

1. Measurement range: 10-700mg/L, diluted water samples greater than 700mg/L for measurement
2. Dissolving time: 10 minutes -2 hours and 30 minutes (users can choose their own heating time)
3. Measurement error: The relative standard deviation of potassium hydrogen phthalate standard solution (500mg/L) is not more than 5.0%, and the relative standard deviation of industrial organic wastewater (500mg/L) is not more than 8.0%

5. Dissolve 8 samples (using a 250mL conical flask with a 24 # grinding mouth), optional with 12 wells
