Standard oil drum heaterAlso known as oil drum heating belt or silicone rubber heater, it is a type of silicone heating plate. Adopting the soft and bendable characteristics of silicone heating plates, metal buckles are riveted on the reserved holes on both sides of the heating plate, and fastened to the barrel, pipeline, and tank body with springs. Easy and fast installation. The silicone rubber heating plate can be tightly attached to the heated area by the tension of the spring, resulting in rapid heating and high thermal efficiency. The oil drum heating belt heats up the liquid and solidified materials inside the drum, such as adhesives, grease, asphalt, paint, paraffin, oil, and various resin materials. By heating the drum body, the viscosity is evenly reduced, reducing the power of the pump. Therefore, this device is not affected by seasons and can be used year-round. Sensors are installed on the surface of the oil drum heating belt to directly control the temperature through temperature regulation.
Application fields:
This product is widely used in high-voltage switchgear, central cabinets, ring main units, terminal boxes, box type substations and other power equipment to remove moisture, prevent condensation, improve the working environment temperature of electrical components, and avoid creepage and flicker accidents caused by condensation inside the switchgear. When the humidity reaches a certain level and there is a possibility of condensation, the temperature and humidity controller drives the heater to destroy the conditions for condensation. When the conditions for condensation disappear, the heater automatically shuts off and the temperature and humidity controller returns to the detection state.
