The A8-PT1000 fully automatic pellet press is an automatic equipment used for testing the strength of pellets and sintered ores. The product complies with standards such as GB/T14201-1993 "Determination of compressive strength of iron ore pellets" and ISO4700-2007 for testing.

1. The pellet crushing device adopts an empty stroke rapid propulsion to accelerate the test time, and the pellet crushing slowly pressurizes to make the test data more accurate, which is conducive to ensuring the sample qualification rate and reproducibility;

2. Electric magnetic vibration disc automatic feeding device, ball crushing and automatic feeding are synchronized, saving test time;

3. Rotary automatic cleaning device, no need for manual cleaning, automatically completes the cleaning of waste pellets;

4. The operation is controlled by touch screen and computer software;

5. During the experiment, real-time display of experimental data includes: the crushing force value, maximum value, minimum value, average value, and relative frequency distribution of each pellet;
